The rocks are just done with coloured pencils roughly :) As for the background I first did a layer or the aqua colour and then I put a layer of white paint over top using a rough piece of material which gave off the cloudy effect :)

Roughly? I'd have to spend 10 years getting my drawings of rocks to look like that :o
